14-Day Cancellation Period

Within 14 days, you can return the goods purchased in our store, and you are entitled to a full refund. During this period, you can cancel your purchase for any reason – you can simply change your mind.

Your obligations:

• Inform us of your decision to cancel the contract within 14 days of purchase
• Send back the received goods within 14 days of informing us of your decision to cancel the contract.

The cost of returning the goods is covered by the buyer. Shipping costs incurred at the time of purchase are also refundable.

The 14-day cancellation period does not apply to all types of purchases. It does not cover, among others:

• goods produced to special or individual orders (e.g., custom-made suits)
• sealed audiovisual or software products, e.g., DVDs, whose packaging has been opened after purchase
• online digital content if you have started downloading or streaming data and have agreed that you will lose your right to cancel the contract as soon as these activities begin
• goods purchased from a private individual rather than a company/entrepreneur

How to cancel a purchase:

You must inform us that you want to cancel your purchase. Remember that simply returning unwanted goods is not enough. You can include a written statement with the goods returned by mail informing us of your cancellation, or send such a notification by email or fill out the return form available on the seller's website.

Refund:

The seller is obliged to refund your money within 14 days of receiving the cancellation notice. However, this period may be extended if the seller has not received the returned goods or confirmation that they have been sent.
