XENON HID bulbs serve as a source of lighting in the lights:
- passing (short)
Due to the longer lighting time of xenon bulbs than in the case of halogen bulbs, we do not recommend using them in high beam (high beam) lights. However, we recommend buying LED bulbs as a light source in traffic lights.
Safety is dramatically improved - HID installation increases the light intensity 3 times (approx. 3000 lumens) compared to a halogen bulb (approx. 1200 lumens). Provides greater visibility on the road, a larger field of view.
Less eye strain - The light that is emitted by a xenon bulb resembles daylight (4300 - 8000K), to which the eyesight is most adapted. Thanks to HID solutions, the driver is more observant, can concentrate his eyes much faster and has better control of the traffic situation, and reduces eye strain. Ordinary halogen bulbs emit light with a yellow tint (3200K), they require more intensive eye work. For the driver driving in the opposite direction, the light of the HID lamps is not bothersome, it does not dazzle.
Eye-catching appearance - the use of modern HID technology increases the efficiency of the vehicle. HID light was until recently used in vehicle models from the higher price segment. A car with bright, white xenon light is associated with exclusivity and greater attractiveness of the vehicle.
Energy saving - The HID circuit takes 35W. A halogen bulb needs 60% more power. 2 lamps, saving twice as much.
Economy of light bulbs - The lifetime of a xenon bulb is estimated at an average of 2000-2500 hours. Ordinary halogen bulb 10x shorter. The xenon bulb does not have a delicate tungsten filament, which makes it much more resistant to all kinds of shocks.
Saving headlights - A xenon bulb loses less heat energy and does not heat the headlamp as much as a halogen bulb. It also emits less UV rays. As a result, the reflector elements do not become discolored and deformed.
Easy to assemble - HID installation assembly consists in suspending converters, replacing light bulbs and shifting electric wires. Everything is easy to do and reversible - you can disconnect the xenon at any time and put the old bulbs back in their place. If you sell your car, you can transfer the HID installation to a new one. You may only need to replace the bulbs with a model with a different socket.
Plug and Play assembly - extremely simple assembly.
Longer service life - bulbs do not lose their brightness with use to the same extent as standard halogen lamps.
Protection against damage - converters are resistant to changes in humidity, temperature and voltage fluctuations.
Modernity - sets are made in accordance with the features of the 3rd generation of HID systems. Converters were integrated with igniters. The combination of the above-mentioned elements into one system allowed for equipping the converter with a number of control mechanisms, protecting the HID system against damage and increasing the life of the bulbs. In addition, the number of components and cables necessary for assembly has been minimized.
Maintaining the angle of light - precisely set focal length means that replacing a halogen bulb with a xenon bulb does not cause significant deformation of the light beam, especially in the case of lens lamps, and it is not necessary to re-adjust the headlights.
