Why is it worth replacing old halogen bulbs with xenon bulbs?

Dramatic improvement in safety - HID installation increases the light intensity 3 times (approx. 3000 lumens) compared to a halogen bulb (approx. 1200 lumens). Provides greater visibility on the road, a larger field of view.

Less eye fatigue - The light emitted by a xenon bulb resembles daylight in color (4300 - 8000K), to which vision is most adapted. Thanks to HID solutions, the driver is more observant, can focus his eyesight much faster and control the situation on the road better, it is less tiring for the eyes. Ordinary halogen bulbs emit light with a yellow tint (3200K), they require more intensive work of the eyesight. For a driver driving in the opposite direction, the light of HID lamps is not bothersome, it does not blind.

Impressive appearance - the use of modern HID technology increases the efficiency of the vehicle. HID light was until recently used in vehicle models from the higher price segment. A car with bright, white xenon light is associated with exclusivity and greater attractiveness of the vehicle.

Savings on bulbs – The life of a xenon bulb is estimated at an average of 2000-2500 hours. A regular halogen bulb is 10 times shorter. A xenon bulb does not have a delicate tungsten filament, making it much more resistant to all types of shocks.

Saving headlights - A xenon bulb loses less heat energy and does not heat the reflector as much as a halogen bulb. It also emits less UV rays. This means that the reflector elements do not discolour or deform.

Easy to assemble - HID installation involves hanging the converters, replacing the bulbs and relocating the electrical wires. All activities are easy to perform and reversible - you can disconnect the xenon bulbs at any time and replace them with the previous bulbs. If you sell your car, you can transfer the HID installation to a new one. It may only be necessary to replace the bulbs with a model with a different socket.

Plug and Play installation - extremely simple assembly.

Longer service life - the bulbs do not lose brightness over time to the same extent as standard halogen bulbs.

Protection against damage - the converters are resistant to changes in humidity, temperature and supply voltage fluctuations.

Modernity - the sets are made in accordance with the features of the third generation of HID systems. The converters are integrated with the igniters. Combining the above elements into one system allowed the converter to be equipped with a number of control mechanisms that protect the HID system from damage and increase the life of the bulbs. Additionally, the number of components and cables necessary for assembly was minimized.

Maintaining the angle of light - precisely set focal length means that replacing a halogen bulb with a xenon bulb does not significantly deform the light beam, especially in the case of lens lamps, and it is not necessary to readjust the headlamps.
