Installing a W5W LED bulb

• Installing the LED bulb involves dismantling the lamp shade, then the existing bulb and inserting the LED W5W into the bulb holder.
• The bulb does not have neutral polarity - this means that if the bulb does not light up after being inserted into the socket, it must be rotated 180° and placed in the socket again.
• The entire operation takes 1-2 minutes.

We recommend purchasing bulbs marked with the CANBUS symbol if the car is equipped with a bulb efficiency checking system.

Errors on the on-board computer most often concern the use of inappropriate W5W LED bulbs in parking lights, license plate illumination and direction indicators.

In addition, CAN-BUS bulbs work with the bulb dimming module in the interior. A standard LED bulb will work zero-one, i.e. it emits 0% or 100% light.
